Hi All -
This is just a quick update about how Life is going working here.
The school is pretty darn cool - looks like a castle on the outside and I find it surprisingly easy to get around. The teachers are very friendly and I am making good progress getting to know the administrators. All in all, I am enjoying being the 'go-to' person for Stadium.
That being said - the passing periods are a bit jam-packed.
SAMI students are informing me that while there school definitely is teaching the material in student-friendly ways, they are a bit frustrated with the bumpy start the school is having right now. It's to be expected with a school as ambitious as SAMI is to hit some rocks in its first year, though, but our beloved SAMI-ers will just have to persevere!
Peace Community Center is going great, though. I am blogging from work, and I can hear the peaceful sounds of silence coming from the main floor. Ah, sounds like learning!

In most cases, a bunch of teenagers being quiet makes adults suspicious. But in our case, it really is a beautiful thing. Ryan is right: it sounds like learning!
