These are the permission slips for Volunteering at the Tacoma Aids Walk this coming Saturday. If you are interested in attending, please bring us at Peace the permission slip signed and filled out by Wednesday, 09/09/09.
To Print out the permission slip, simply click on each page and select print from File.
